Things to Know

Always push with your back foot and ride with your front. This may feel awkward at first. The more you do it the better it will feel.
Developing this balance will serve you well when you get into real tricks.

Now come have fun & Practice with us!

Ride switch. Do it a lot. Make it a game. See how long you can ride switch and then go back to your normal stance. Seeing how much better it feels.
Then switch back. Just do it and get used to it. When you get bored doing other tricks try it out and keep learning.

Campers are also welcome to stay after camp and continue to skate for free as long as they like (this is, however, unsupervised). There is water (no charge), soft drinks and snacks available and skaters are welcome to bring whatever snacks and beverages they would like. Sign up today and be sure to tell your friends.

Krimson Klover, has honored Slow Fashion long before it became a movement. We strongly believe that fashion, like food, is best when crafted “from scratch,” with intention – which means knitting a piece of our soul into everything we make.
Slow fashion is a movement of designing, creating and buying garments that stand the test of time. It’s a philosophy that encourages slowing down our consumption, owning fewer, but better, items that will be your favorite go to pieces in your wardrobe!

ALP N ROCK

The idea of Alp-n-Rock was born in the mountains on a summer afternoon in Zermatt. You know that feeling when you stop mid trail and you look around in awe and this tickle comes over you like your the luckiest person in the whole world for that moment and you soak in the deep breath …. Susanne Reich experienced this making her way down a steep hillside after her morning hike. Her two daughters were in tow, laughing behind her as they pulled up wildflowers and ran about in sheer delight. She stopped to take in the scene, recognizing that she was in a place unlike any other.

There was no doubting that Alp-n-Rock would become something wonderful, as it was born from a feeling of freedom and pure joy. So, the journey began, first with a woman who rolled up her sleeves, drew up four sketches, cleared out her garage, and got to work. Over the years, drive and determination coupled with a unique vision and dedication to the highest quality product. Alp-n-Rock continues to grow each year, constantly creating innovative clothing that combines fashion with functionality and the signature eye for detail that defines each of their pieces. From beautiful outerwear and intricately embroidered long-sleeves, to a yoga collection and ready to wear spring line, there isn’t a thing Alp-n-Rock can’t do.

Sweet clothing for sweet people 😉

For most communities, a one-day event is not enough. Parents, children, teachers, elected officials and your local bike shop all see the promise of healthier, happier students; quieter, cleaner and safer streets; and more connected neighborhoods! In the end, walk and bike to school events are about changing community culture. It takes a village … In this process; we build an environment that’s more inviting for every walker and bicyclist, young or old.

Visit Cycleworks to invest in proper gear and chat with our friendly knowledgeable staff .
We are here to help you get where you want to pedal, push or scoot!

NOTE: After speaking with the B&A trail advocates. To get the connection from Cape St. Claire to Sandy Point will take the help of the surrounding communities speaking up!
Cycleworks will help by going door to door with you to get signatures to get them moving.
Please contact Andra at 410-757-6444 OR email  andra@skihaussports.com I will personally walk with you to help because it takes a village to provide a safer environment for local families to walk and or bike! Our children should be able to bike or walk to school, imagine it! United we stand divided we fall…

At Cycleworks we would like to help encourage you to contact community leaders to continue their effort in making our are area a safe place to walk and bike.
